At VELOZBIO we use discarded fruits as small factories to produce precise animal free proteins, at scale. We are a B2B company with a focus on complex animal free proteins that have animal-like performance, so we can enable the next generation of sustainable food products and supplements.

Highlights

In less than 3 months we were able to successfully produce animal free kappa casein that performs, when it normally takes a couple of years. Kappa casein is the holy grail of vegan cheese. We were the first company to successfully do it.
We are now working with 7 multinational potential customers in the USA, Europe and Mexico. We are the first animal free company to provide them with kappa casein samples. Samples are being paid for.
