We are signing a contract with a LatAm payroll services provider as their payroll engine. This is a really strong leap, as it will enable us to double in size in the next 10 months, CAC free. Going from 30,000 employees to 60,000 employees. This is a huge validation of our payroll engine which was released in 2022.
Given that time and attendance is one of our strong product hooks, we just released various functionalities related to whatsapp check-in and our own biometric check that allow us to be strong contenders in retail space - think Sephora, MacStores, PetCo and Farmacias Similares (largest pharmacy network in Mexico).
Landing Q2 ARR at US$1.5-$1.6. We are currently closing +15% of our top of the funnel and our LTV / CAC given strong improvements is now at 25x and our gross margin at 85%.
